I’ve been trying to get in touch with your company for two weeks I ordered one watch you charged me for two I spoke to Danny now you charged my card over 1000k for a 443.00 watch and your website says 5 days it’s 2 weeks I called my credit put both in dispute and sent you a email telling you this but your company does not answer emails or phones my order numbers were 48129 and 48155 when I placed the 48129 it declined my card a card that has no balance and a 15k credit line Danny told me to reorder I did now you have all my money and I have nothing. Bryan Dellysse 1-917-524-4892 also my credit card also says your a clothing store and they have no phone number for you. Do you have a Manhattan store I live in queens and work on 6th Ave and 24th street I said in my last email I would go to your store to fix this but that was a week ago and I never got a answer.

Hi Bryan, we have two confirmed orders from you. Order #48129 and #48155. I asked if you wanted to choose another watch model instead of cancelling the duplicate order. We were waiting for your response to confirm cancellation. I went ahead and cancelled #48129 now. As for the price difference, I see that in order #48129, you added 2x 1-year extended warranties. The first warranty is free but the second one costed you $35. This explains the price difference. Both orders are the exact same watch. Now as for your other questions, we absolutely did not charge you more than what you paid for those 2 watches. Your credit card information is encrypted and cannot be viewed or accessed by us. I've cancelled #48129. Please confirm if you want to proceed with #48155

Can you tell me when you are going to bill me for the 35.00 for the guarantee? Also it says on the computer the 12th of July and I ordered it on the 22nd of June I ordered it way before then. You sent your question on a no reply email I answered it right away . I said no so to another watch when you acknowledge you are putting on the 35.00 I will take it out of dispute order number 48155 Bryan Dellysse if I don’t get an answer it will stay in dispute .

Dude this is getting incredibly confusing. I'm going to refund 48155 as well. Please do not order again.
